Maryland Sew Vac has valued an easy to update site that allows for quick and uncomplicated access to store information and resources for the last 10 years.

The Solution

• Web Site Redesign:

  The owner wanted customers to be able to easily identify the products and services they were interested in.  So we reduced the amount of text on the page, and designed a site heavy on icons and pictures.

• Easy to Update Site:

  Maryland Sew Vac carries a wide variety of products and needs a really customizable site.  ExpressionEngine allows for greater flexibility while still enabling employees to update the more frequently changing features such as class schedules.

• E-Commerce Solution:

  We are using the PayPal shopping cart to allow students to easily and safely sign up for courses online.

• Email Marketing:

  To stay in touch with its large customer base we designed custom emails to allow the store to run email campaigns about new products, sales, and classes.

• Logo Design:

  We consulted with Maryland Sew Vac during their logo design process to ensure the logo accurately represented their business.

• Search Engine Optimization:

  This site ranks very high on search engine listings for sewing machines and sewing classes in MD.  In our last redesign we made improvements to increase the findability of the site.

• Hosting:

  Maryland Sew Vac is hosted with our reliable servers.
